Description
40-tooth cutting blade fits many strimmers and brushcutters. The blade is a circular steel saw disc with 40 individual cutting teeth around its perimeter, designed for cutting through dense grass, thick weeds, brambles, saplings and heavier woody growth that a low-tooth blade or nylon line head cannot handle effectively. The high tooth count delivers a finer, cleaner cut with less tearing, and distributes cutting load more evenly around the disc compared to 2-tooth or 3-tooth blades. It mounts to the gearbox output shaft via the standard 25.4mm (1") centre hole and is secured with the existing blade bolt and washer. A worn, cracked or missing-tooth blade causes poor cutting performance, increased vibration and excessive engine load. Fitting a replacement restores precise, efficient cutting through demanding vegetation.
