Shipments and returns

We dispatch most orders within 1–2 working days after payment is received. During busy periods or for special-order items, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

All parcels are carefully packed to protect the goods during transport. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, a tracking number.

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please check the contents as soon as possible and contact us immediately with photos of both the packaging and the item.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first so we can advise you on the correct return procedure. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, unless the item is faulty or was supplied incorrectly.

We offer reliable delivery for both domestic and international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size or weight of the parcel.

Orders are usually shipped by trusted courier or postal services, depending on the destination and the most suitable delivery option. Delivery times may vary by country, local customs procedures, and peak seasons.

  • delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control

  • custom-made or special-order items may require additional processing time

  • customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees outside the EU
