Anti-vibration (AV) spring fits Husqvarna 362, 362XP, 365, 371, 372, 372XP, 570, 570XP, 575XP and 576XP chainsaws. Replaces part number 503637502. These professional-grade saws use a spring-based anti-vibration system in which metal coil springs isolate the engine unit from the handle frame, absorbing the high-frequency vibration generated by the engine and cutting chain during operation. When an AV spring breaks, collapses or loses tension, vibration passes directly through the frame to the operator's hands and arms, increasing fatigue and the risk of long-term hand-arm vibration injury. Fitting a replacement restores correct spring tension and effective vibration isolation between the engine and handle assemblies.
