Description

The Gasket Genius intake gasket set fits Honda BF35 HP and BF50 HP outboard engines and includes 6x carburettor gasket, 1x intake manifold gasket and 1x muffler plate gasket. These gaskets seal the joints between the carburettors, intake manifold and muffler plate and the engine block, ensuring the air-fuel mixture and exhaust flow travel through sealed passages without leaking. Worn, hardened or damaged gaskets at these joints allow air leaks or exhaust/water leakage, which can cause symptoms such as rough or unstable idle, hesitation on acceleration or difficulty starting. It is good practice to replace this gasket set whenever the carburettors, intake manifold or muffler plate are removed for servicing.
