HECHT 550SW Lawnmower Air Filter Set

Description

The Gasket Genius air filter set fits Hecht 550SW engines and lawnmowers. The set combines the air filter element with its associated foam pre-filter or cover components, together forming the intake's first line of defence against dust, grass clippings and other debris before air reaches the carburettor. As the filter media becomes saturated or clogged with use, airflow to the carburettor is restricted, pulling the fuel-air mixture rich and leading to reduced power, rough running, higher fuel consumption or hard starting. Fitting a new air filter set restores correct airflow to the carburettor, allowing the engine to draw the correct air-fuel ratio again.
