ECHO CS-310 CS-352 ES SHINDAIWA 340S Chainsaw Intake Insulator

Description

Intake / inlet insulator fits Echo CS-352, CS-353 (ES) and Shindaiwa 340S chainsaws. This insulator sits between the carburettor and the cylinder, both sealing the intake passage and thermally isolating the carburettor from engine heat so fuel doesn't vaporise prematurely inside it. When the insulator cracks, hardens, or its seal deteriorates, it can let unmetered air into the intake tract and lose its heat-isolating effect, which can result in rough or unstable idle, hard starting, or vapour-lock-related running issues once the engine warms up. Fitting a replacement insulator restores a properly sealed, heat-isolated connection between the carburettor and cylinder.
