DN0PD80 injector nozzle fits Kubota D1403, D1503, D1703, V2003, V2203 and 03 series engines, replacing part number 093500-4540. The injector nozzle meters and atomises diesel fuel into the combustion chamber at the correct pressure and spray angle. When the nozzle tip wears or becomes coked with carbon deposits, fuel atomisation breaks down causing hard starting, excessive exhaust smoke, uneven running and a noticeable drop in power output. Fitting a replacement nozzle restores the correct injection characteristics and returns the engine to reliable working condition.
