Description
Chain catcher fits 3800 (38cc) Chinese chainsaws and also Komatsu Zenoah, B&Q, Draper, Sanli, Sovereign and Powerplus chainsaws. The chain catcher is a safety component bolted to the underside of the chainsaw body just behind the guide bar, positioned to intercept the saw chain if it derails from the bar or breaks during operation. Without a functioning chain catcher in place, a derailed chain poses a serious injury risk to the operator's hands and legs. A broken or missing chain catcher should always be replaced before the saw is used again.
