Guide bar plate / washer fits 3800 (38cc) Chinese chainsaws and also Komatsu Zenoah, B&Q, Draper, Sanli, Sovereign and Powerplus chainsaws. The bar plate is the metal washer that sits between the guide bar and the chainsaw body at the bar mounting point, providing a flat, stable seating surface that ensures even clamping pressure when the bar nuts are tightened. A worn, bent or missing bar plate prevents the guide bar from seating correctly, leading to uneven chain tension, accelerated wear on the bar rails and the risk of the bar shifting position during a cut. Fitting a replacement restores a solid, correctly aligned guide bar mount.
