Description
Side handle fits 2500 Chinese chainsaws with 25cc and 26cc engines, including Timberpro, Komatsu Zenoah, Lawnflite, Carlton and Painier. The side handle is the front grip mounted on the left side of the saw body, used by the operator to guide and control the guide bar direction during cutting. A cracked or broken side handle makes the saw unsafe to operate as it removes the operator's ability to control the bar with the leading hand. On the 2500 platform the handle bolts directly to the engine casing using the existing fixings. Fitting a replacement restores safe two-handed control of the saw.
