Description
Flywheel cover fits 2500 (25cc) Chinese chainsaws and also Timberpro, Komatsu Zenoah, Lawnflite, Carlton and Painier chainsaws. The flywheel cover is the plastic housing mounted over the flywheel on the side of the chainsaw body, enclosing the ignition coil area and channelling the cooling airflow generated by the flywheel fins toward the cylinder to prevent overheating during use. A broken or missing flywheel cover leaves the ignition coil exposed to sawdust and debris ingress, and disrupts the directed airflow that keeps engine temperature within safe limits. Replacing it restores both effective cylinder cooling and protection of the ignition components.
