YAMAHA PARSUN F15 F20 Outboard Thermostat Cover Gasket

The Gasket Genius thermostat cover gasket fits Yamaha and Parsun F15 and F20 outboard engines. It seals the joint between the thermostat cover and the cylinder head, ensuring cooling water flows through the housing without leaking as the thermostat regulates engine operating temperature. Once this gasket becomes worn, hardened or damaged, it can no longer hold a tight seal at the joint, allowing water leakage and a loss of control over engine operating temperature, which can lead the engine to run too hot or too cold. Fitting a new gasket whenever the thermostat is removed for servicing helps restore a proper seal.
