23CC 26CC Strimmer Carburettor Gasket Set

The Gasket Genius carburettor gasket set (set 2) is the second gasket set for the carburettor on many 23cc and 26cc strimmers and hedge trimmers, sealing a further mating surface within the carburettor assembly — such as between the carburettor body and an adjoining cover plate or metering diaphragm chamber. Its function matches the rest of the sealing system around the carburettor: keep incoming air routed strictly through the carburettor’s metering circuits. Once it hardens or compresses, or shifts slightly when the carburettor is stripped down, a gap opens that lets in air the carburettor never accounts for. The engine then struggles to hold a steady idle, drifts in rpm, or barely reacts when the carburettor screws are adjusted. Renewing this gasket closes that gap.
