STIHL MS461 GS461 Chainsaw Gasket Set

The Gasket Genius gasket set covers Stihl MS461 and GS461 chainsaws with 1x crankcase gasket and 1x cylinder gasket. Together they seal the crank chamber, keeping it airtight so the two-stroke engine can properly draw in and compress the fuel-air mixture. Once these gaskets age, harden or compress, the seal at this joint weakens, letting an air leak into the crank chamber. This typically shows up as rough or unstable idle, hesitation on acceleration, or difficulty starting. Fitting a new set whenever the crankcase or cylinder is separated for servicing restores a proper seal.
