STIHL MS201 MS201T Chainsaw Gasket Set

The Gasket Genius gasket set fits Stihl MS201 and MS201T chainsaws and includes 1x crankcase gasket and 1x cylinder gasket. Together these seal the crank chamber, keeping it airtight so the two-stroke engine can properly draw in and compress the fuel-air mixture. As these gaskets age, harden or compress, the seal at the crankcase/cylinder joint weakens, letting an air leak into the crank chamber. This typically shows up as rough or unstable idle, hesitation on acceleration, or difficulty starting. Fitting a new set whenever the crankcase or cylinder is separated for servicing restores a proper seal.
