HUSQVARNA 36 41 136 137 141 142 JONSERED 2036 2040 Oil Pick-Up Pipe

Oil pick-up pipe fits Husqvarna 36, 41, 136, 137, 141 and 142 and Jonsered 2036 and 2040 chainsaws. The oil pick-up pipe is a short rubber tube that sits inside the oil tank, drawing bar and chain oil from the bottom of the reservoir and feeding it to the oil pump inlet. As the pipe is submerged in oil and subject to continuous heat and fuel exposure, the rubber degrades over time it cracks, hardens or collapses, restricting oil flow to the pump. A blocked or split pick-up pipe results in oil starvation at the guide bar and cutting chain even when the tank is full, causing accelerated wear on both components. Fitting a replacement restores unobstructed oil supply to the pump and correct chain lubrication during operation.
