HUSQVARNA 137 142 Isolator / Silentblock

Isolator / silentblock fits Husqvarna 137 and 142 chainsaws. Replaces part number 530029984. The silentblock is a rubber-bonded isolation mount positioned between the engine unit and the handle frame, forming a core part of the saw’s anti-vibration (AV) system. It absorbs and dampens the continuous vibration generated by the engine and cutting chain during operation, preventing it from transferring directly to the operator through the handles. When the rubber deteriorates, cracks or collapses, the AV system loses effectiveness and vibration passes through the frame unchecked. This increases operator fatigue and, over prolonged use, contributes to hand-arm vibration injury. Fitting a replacement restores correct isolation between the engine and handle assembly.
