HUSQVARNA 137 142 Front Handle Isolator

Front handle isolator fits Husqvarna 137 and 142 chainsaws. Replaces part number 530052439. The front handle isolator is a rubber buffer mounted at the attachment point between the front handle and the engine housing, forming part of the saw’s anti-vibration (AV) system. It works alongside the rear AV mounts to decouple the handle frame from engine and chain vibration, reducing the amount of hand-arm vibration transmitted to the operator during cutting. When the isolator deteriorates, cracks or collapses, the front handle loses its isolation and vibration transfers directly through the grip. This increases operator fatigue and can cause handling instability during operation. Fitting a replacement restores correct vibration isolation at the front handle mounting point.
