Complete recoil starter fits Honda GX25 and UMK425 strimmers and brushcutters, as well as various other strimmers and brushcutters. The unit houses the cord pulley, recoil spring, pull cord and handle within a self-contained starter housing. When the pull cord snaps, the spring breaks or the pulley seizes, the engine can no longer be cranked. Swapping in a complete replacement restores reliable pull-start function without the need to rebuild the original unit.
