Complete 139F recoil starter suitable for various strimmers and brushcutters. The unit houses the cord pulley, recoil spring, pull cord and handle within a self-contained starter housing. When the pull cord snaps, the spring breaks or the pulley seizes, the engine can no longer be cranked. Swapping in a complete replacement restores reliable pull-start function without the need to rebuild the original unit.
