Replaces a cracked or missing cover that exposes the oil pump to debris and accelerates worm gear and rotor wear.

Oil drive pump cover fits 4500, 5200 and 5800 Chinese chainsaws with 45cc, 52cc and 58cc engines, including Plantiflex, BBT, B&Q, Silverline, Kiam Sherwood, Sanli, Rok, Whitemoss, Skatco, Eckman, Timbertech, Tarus, Viron, MT and Trueshopping Raptor. The oil pump cover is a plastic cap that encloses the oil drive pump body on the underside of the saw, protecting the pump rotor, worm gear mesh point and oil outlet from sawdust and debris ingress during cutting. A cracked or missing cover exposes the oil pump to contamination that accelerates wear on the pump rotor and worm gear teeth, and can allow debris to block the oil outlet and cause chain lubrication failure. Fitting a replacement protects the oil pump assembly and keeps the bar and chain oiling circuit free from external contamination.
