The 4500/5200/5800 platform uses several body variants across different production runs — this is the type 2 handle, which differs in shape from the type 1 version sold for the same engine class. Confirm against your old part and the product images before ordering. The fuel tank and rear handle are a single moulded unit; a cracked tank introduces a fuel leak and fire risk, while a broken handle makes the saw unsafe to control. Either form of damage requires the complete assembly to be swapped out.
