Anti-vibration (AV) handle spring fits 4500, 5200 and 5800 Chinese chainsaws with 45cc, 52cc and 58cc engines, including Plantiflex, Silverline, Kiam Sherwood, Timbertech, Trueshopping Raptor and others. Replaces a broken or fatigued spring that allows engine vibration to transfer directly through the rear handle.

Anti-vibration (AV) handle spring fits 4500, 5200 and 5800 Chinese chainsaws with 45cc, 52cc and 58cc engines. Unlike the rubber AV mounts used at the main fixing points, the handle spring is a coil spring located at the rear handle attachment, providing a separate layer of vibration isolation specifically at the grip the operator holds during cutting. When the spring breaks or loses tension, the rear handle loses its isolation and vibration from the engine unit transfers directly into the operator’s dominant hand. A new spring restores the correct level of damping at the handle mounting point.
