43CC 52CC CG430 CG520 Strimmer Complete Gasket Set

The Gasket Genius complete gasket set fits many 43cc and 52cc strimmers and brushcutters, including CG430 and CG520 models, and contains one crankcase gasket, one cylinder gasket, one exhaust muffler gasket and two carburettor gaskets. Together these seal every major joint in the engine — the crankcase halves, the cylinder-to-crankcase joint, the muffler-to-cylinder exhaust joint, and the carburettor mating faces — each keeping its section of the engine airtight so compression, fuel-air mixture and exhaust gases stay exactly where they’re meant to be. During a rebuild or when the engine is stripped down, these gaskets typically need renewing as the old ones harden, tear or no longer seat correctly once disturbed, and a compromised seal at any one of these joints can cause hard starting, loss of compression, exhaust leaks or an unstable idle. Fitting the full set at once restores a correct seal throughout the engine, rather than risking a re-used gasket letting the rebuild down at a single joint.
