Anti-vibration (AV) mount cover fits 3800 Chinese chainsaws with 38cc engines, including Komatsu Zenoah, Sumo, B&Q, Draper, Sovereign, Powerplus, Sanli, Woodfield and Trueshopping Raptor. The AV mount cover is a plastic cap that clips over the rubber AV mount on the handle frame, holding it in position and protecting the mounting cavity from sawdust, debris and moisture. Without an intact cover the mount can shift under load and the exposed cavity wears faster at the contact surfaces. A cracked or missing cover should be replaced as part of any AV mount service to keep the mount correctly seated during operation.
