STIHL FS55 Complete Gasket Set

Description

The Gasket Genius complete gasket set fits some Stihl FS55 strimmer variants, covering the main sealing points across the engine — the crankcase, cylinder, exhaust muffler and carburettor mounting faces. Each joint holds a different kind of pressure: the crankcase for crankcase compression, the cylinder base for combustion pressure, the muffler for exhaust backpressure, and the carburettor faces for a correctly metered fuel-air mixture. These are also the points most commonly disturbed during a rebuild, and leaving a worn gasket at any one of them tends to bring back hard starting, weak compression, an exhaust leak, or a hunting idle.
