Description
Flywheel fits 2500 (25cc) Chinese chainsaws and also Timberpro, Komatsu Zenoah, Lawnflite, Carlton and Painier chainsaws. Keyed directly onto the crankshaft taper, the flywheel serves two roles its rotating mass smooths out power delivery between combustion strokes, and the magnets embedded in its outer rim generate the ignition timing signal each time they sweep past the ignition coil. A cracked or damaged flywheel, or one that has shifted on the taper due to a sheared Woodruff key, produces a weak or absent spark and makes the engine impossible to start reliably. Replacing it with a correctly fitting unit restores both proper ignition timing and smooth engine operation.
