Description
Bar plate / washer fits 2500 (25cc) Chinese chainsaws and also Timberpro, Komatsu Zenoah, Lawnflite, Carlton and Painier chainsaws. The bar plate sits between the guide bar mounting slot and the chainsaw body, creating a stable, flat seating surface that distributes clamping force evenly across the bar when the bar nuts are torqued down. Without a sound bar plate in place, the guide bar can rock or shift under load, causing inconsistent chain tension, uneven wear on the bar rails and potential movement of the bar assembly during cutting. Replacing a damaged or missing plate ensures the guide bar is held firmly and correctly throughout use.
