4500 5200 5800 Chainsaw Oil Drive Pump Foam

Description

Oil drive pump foam fits 4500, 5200 and 5800 Chinese chainsaws with 45cc, 52cc and 58cc engines, including Plantiflex, BBT, B&Q, Silverline, Kiam Sherwood, Sanli, Rok, Whitemoss, Skatco, Eckman, Timbertech, Tarus, Viron, MT and Trueshopping Raptor and others. The oil pump foam is a small felt or foam pad located within the oil pump cavity, acting as a filter and buffer that prevents coarse debris from entering the pump rotor from the oil tank side. A deteriorated, compressed or missing pump foam allows sawdust and contaminants to pass directly into the pump body, accelerating wear on the rotor and worm gear and increasing the risk of oil pump blockage. It should be replaced whenever the oil pump is serviced or removed to ensure the bar and chain oiling circuit remains free from contamination.
