Description
Fuel tank rubber mount fits Honda GX25, GX35, UMK425 and UMK435 strimmers and brushcutters. The rubber mount is a small isolation buffer that sits between the fuel tank and the engine casing, securing the tank in position while absorbing engine vibration and preventing the tank body from cracking at its mounting points through direct metal-to-plastic contact. When the rubber deteriorates or tears, the tank can shift under vibration, putting stress on the fuel pipe connections and accelerating wear at the fixing points. Fitting a replacement secures the tank correctly and protects it from vibration-induced damage.
