Description

The Gasket Genius complete gasket set fits Stihl TS460 disc cutters and includes 1x cylinder gasket, 1x exhaust muffler gasket and 3x carburettor gasket. The cylinder gasket seals against the crankcase to maintain proper compression, the muffler gasket contains exhaust gases at the muffler joint, and the carburettor gaskets keep the air-fuel mixture contained on its way to the cylinder. As these gaskets harden and shrink with heat and age, they lose their seal — this can show up as rough or unstable idle, loss of power, or exhaust leaking near the muffler, depending on which gasket fails. Since all of these are typically disturbed together during a service or engine rebuild, this set covers them in one pack.
