Description
The Gasket Genius air filter is suitable for many 50cc Chinese mopeds and scooters, including Baotian, Jungle Devil, Jet 50, Benzhou, Retro Star, Yiben and Sun Eagle. The air filter sits in the intake tract ahead of the carburettor, trapping dust and debris before air reaches the engine. As the filter clogs, tears or becomes saturated with oil and dirt, airflow into the carburettor is restricted, which can upset the air-fuel mixture and cause symptoms such as loss of power, black smoke from the exhaust or difficulty starting. Replacing the air filter at regular service intervals keeps the intake clear and helps the engine run at its intended air-fuel ratio.
