Description
The Gasket Genius intake manifold gasket fits Honda BF35 HP / BF40 HP / BF50 HP outboard engines. The intake manifold gasket is the sealing element fitted between the intake manifold and the engine block, preventing air leaks at the manifold joint. When the gasket hardens or deteriorates over time, unmetered air can be drawn in at the joint, upsetting the fuel-to-air mixture and causing lean running, erratic idling or reduced power output. Replacing the gasket during any manifold removal or engine service restores a proper airtight seal at the intake.
