Large anti-vibration (AV) spring fits Husqvarna 362, 365, 371, 372 and Jonsered 2063, 2065, 2071, 2163, 2165, 2171 and 2172 chainsaws. Replaces a broken or collapsed spring that allows engine vibration to transfer through the handle frame to the operator.

Large anti-vibration (AV) spring fits Husqvarna 362, 365, 371 and 372 and Jonsered 2063, 2065, 2071, 2163, 2165, 2171 and 2172 chainsaws. These professional models use a spring-based anti-vibration system in which metal coil springs absorb and isolate engine and cutting chain vibration at the connection points between the engine unit and the handle frame. The large spring operates at the primary, higher-load mounting position in this system. When the spring breaks, collapses or loses tension, it can no longer dampen vibration effectively, resulting in increased hand-arm vibration transmitted to the operator during cutting. Fitting a replacement restores correct spring tension and vibration isolation at that mounting point.
