The Gasket Genius engine gasket set is a comprehensive kit for SeaDoo 900 ACE, ESO, GTS 90, Spark and Trixx jet ski engines, covering the oil sump pan gasket, flywheel cover gasket, engine side cover gasket and crankcase gasket. Together these gaskets seal the joints across the oil sump pan, flywheel cover, engine side cover and crankcase, keeping lubricating oil contained, the flywheel and internal components properly enclosed, and the crank chamber correctly sealed for the engine to draw in and compress the fuel-air mixture. As individual gaskets in the engine age, harden or compress, they can no longer seal their joints properly, leading to symptoms such as oil leaks, contamination reaching internal components, or air leaks affecting idle and starting, depending on which gasket has failed. Fitting this full set during a major service or engine rebuild helps ensure every one of these joints is properly resealed at once.
